Legal Question in Immigration Law in Indiana
my girlfriend lives in Canada
My girlfriend is planning to come visit soon. She has a passport but will there be anything else she needs to enter the US? She will be flying here. How long will she be able to stay before having to return to Canada?

Dear Inquirer:
A passport holding Canadian Citizen may be admitted to the US as a visitor for a period of up to 6 months. She should only need her passport and she should NOT be an intending immigrant.
