green card filling

hi there,

my current employer has filed my green card under EB3 category...i recently got I-140 approval couple of days back

If I change my employer..can I use this priority date with my future employer?

If yes

can I use this priority date with my future employer for EB2 category as I already have more than 5 years of experience?

You need to provide more information regarding where you are i the process. Have you applied to adjust status yet (I-485) or have you only applied for the I-140? Similarly, you do not state the field you work in or the field you will be working in if you transfer jobs. You may be eligible to transfer, but should consult with an attorney before doing so to ensure that you both maintain staus while doing so and that you do not jeopardize your green card application.
