Re: illegal fiance; drivers license
It is unlikely that she will be eligible for a driver's license without a social security number. You may be eligible to file a petition for her once you are married, and at that point, she will be able to apply for a social security card and for her driver's license.
I would be happy to discuss the process to determine her eligibility to apply for her green card. Please do not hesitate to contact my office directly should you wish to discuss further.
