I live in Indiana my boyfriend is from mexico he entered here on a temporary work visa which is expired he has been here since 2003 and worked in the same company if we get married how long would it take for him to be a citizen or can that happen at all?

The US Citizens are entitled to apply for LPR of their spouse after marriage.

Once you marry him, you may file for his green card. That will take approximately 7-8 months to process.
