can i marry in here
HI, i came in the US through B1 visa which already expired 2 years ago my fiance wanted to marry me but cant apply any ID , is it possible i could marry in here even i had expired visa for 2 years i don have any criminal record

Yes, you may marry now as long as you entered the US legally with a valid visa (even though it has expired).

As long as you have the documents required by the city you are getting married in, you should be able to do that. Lucas County, Ohio will also marry persons without requesting their immigration status.
