It depends on why you were denied? If it was because maybe you don't meet the 5-year good character issue, then you should wait and refile again after a few years. If it is something else, then it depends on the reason they denied. If you give me an idea of the reason for the denial, I can help you avoid wasting your time if an appeal simply won't cut it.
