Legal Question in Immigration Law in Indiana
Her work visa expires this month, how can she stay?
My friend that works with me is from a country in the former Soviet Union. Her work visa expires this month, but she does not want to leave and our HR department will not sign the form to extend her visa. What can she do to stay in the United States and work short of getting married? (She has no family here to qualify her for a green card.)
