Legal Question in Insurance Law in Indiana
3 car accident, rear car strikes car in front of it, that car then strikes the third car in front of it. (front two cars are stopped and securely in their lane) The second car is uninsured. Does the third car owner have any legal path president to bring litigation upon the first car in small claims court?

Yes. Whoever caused the accident can be sued.
