Legal Question in Insurance Law in Indiana
I had a 2 surgeries performed on my own and had STD thru work. The surgeries left me unable to come back to work. I was suposse to move to LTD on January 18th(which is 3 month after my STD ran out). It is now March 14th and i still have not received a decision from my insurance company on LTD. Is there a time limit on them to make a decision?
