Legal Question in Insurance Law in Indiana
Auto Accident
My wife was involved in an auto accident last November. The driver that hit my wife's car in the rear was his fault. My wife has been going to the Chiropractor for wiplash. The Chiropractor is getting ready to release her. When the Insurance Company is ready to settle can we ask the ALL medicall bills be paid and can we ask whatever the total of the medical bills total for mental anguish or is there a percentage we can ask for.

Re: Auto Accident
I spent 14 years defending cases for all of the major insurers. If you think you can do this on your own you are wrong. I practice in Indiana and California. They will low-ball you and you won't even know it. You wouldn't operate on yourself. I know all the tricks they pull. I don't have big ads in the phone book. I try cases. I have tried 50 civil matters and sat as a judge in LA. You are entitled to everything you lost including pain and suffering. How much? I would have to evaluate all of the records before I could begin to offer an opinion. If you have any questions you can call me at 219-340-3890.
