Legal Question in Insurance Law in Indiana

Auto 'A' is parked in a public retail lot. Auto 'B' hits 'A' causing damage to 'A'. Auto 'A' Owner has no insurance on vehicle. Does this absolve 'B' of any liability to pay for damages?

It does not relieve Driver B of responsibility. He is resposnible if the accident was his fault. It does, typically, make it harder to collect from him, since you have to get it out of him personally than from his insurer.
