Legal Question in Insurance Law in Indiana
My boyfriend wants to let me drive his car to work, but his parents say I can't. The car is insured (full coverage) and I'm a licensed driver. Is there any legal reason that I can't drive the car?

Assuming that your boyfriend is at least 18 years of age, owns the car by himself and has his own insurance under his own name, he can let you drive the car. Otherwise, his parents can object.
