Legal Question in Insurance Law in Indiana
My car was hit while parked on 3/19/16. The drivers insurance paid for $3,500 worth of damage. I received my car back on 6/30/16. I ended up taking it to a dealership shortly after to get inspected. The dealership told me it still had major frame damage. When I called the shop they said it didn't have frame damage and the insurance also said no frame damage. Now I have a car I can't drive or sell because it's dangerous. What do I do to get this resolved?

You're out of luck because you signed off on the repairs. Hard to prove frame damage anyway when there are two different opinions. Cost of litigation will exceed what you could recover anyway.
