Legal Question in Insurance Law in Indiana
My dad was in a motorcycle accident and he had a death and dismemberment policy with state farm. I recieved a call today and they said it would be split between my brother and I. My family is trying to make me use my part to pay the funeral costs, but my grandma works in a funeral home and says if that is the case, theyd send the check to the funeral home. Where does this check go?
