Legal Question in Insurance Law in Indiana
Denied disability payments
I have been on short term diasability and my disability has been termenated by the insurance company despite doctors orders. My doctor, specialist & therapist have sent notes on my condition to the insurance company stating I'm not able to work until my condition stabalizes. The insurance company says there's not enough medical data to continue my disability. Do I have any grounds to fight them on? I only want what I'm suppose to receive.

Re: Denied disability payments
You need to contact a lawyer right away. If you
are discussing worker's compensation proceeding,
get a specialist in that field. If regular disability
insurance, get a lawyer who is familiar with
insurance law.
