Legal Question in Insurance Law in Indiana
Can my employer charge me more for health insurance benefits because I am a women. Currently I am charged based on my sex and age?

Your policy, benefit structure and premium would have to be reviewed by an attorney for an accurate answer. Generally speaking though, in a group plan there should be no discrimination. If it is an individual plan, even through work, there may be variances.
