Legal Question in Insurance Law in Indiana
My husband was driving a vehicle that was in his fathers name they had no insurance and the tire flew off and hit another vehicle causing damage. the ticket got thrown out because we had insurance but could not insure this vehicle because we did not own it. now we are getting sued for 6000 dollars in damages what should we do?

That does not make sense. Your own insurance should cover you in any vehicle that you are driving. Have an attorney review the policy.
