Legal Question in Insurance Law in Indiana
does the other insurance have the right to turn me down
Since I only have liability insurance on my car I've tried to file a claim against the other person, but have been turned down. According to the plolice report the total blame is his. His insurance has never called to get my statement and are only going on his statement. I've tried to work with them and had a police report faxed to them but they still say no. Do I have a case against them or am I just out my car?

Re: does the other insurance have the right to turn me down
If you have a witness to support your story it would make for a stronger case. It is your word against his. How much was your car worth? How long were you without a car? What were the facts of the accident? When and where did it happen? Were you hurt? What is the make and model of your car? Who is the insurance company?
