Legal Question in Insurance Law in Indiana
Have an issue with my retirement funds from previous employer. Says I received the money when I did not get a check and I have contacted the bank they tell me the check was cash but can't provide me a copy of it. How can I find out who cashed this check that I never received? My thoughts are that someone within the company took it. Please advise if I would have a case or not. THis happened in 2002 and I tried to roll over my funds when I found out I did not have anything.

To access the proper information, you need the assistance of a creditor's right attorney. You probably won't get very far by yourself.
