Legal Question in Insurance Law in Indiana
On June 27 2013. My car was parked in my grandmothers drive way and her tree that was in her front yard fell on it. Which caused $11,700 in damage. Can I go after her homeowner insurance. My mom and I both said to her a number I times to trim the tree limbs. I just don't want my auto insurance. To pay.

It's probably cheaper and easier to put the claim in on your own automobile insurance policy. You can try to make a claim against your grandmother's insurance carrier, but this is a more difficult and lengthy process, which may require retaining a lawyer, and which also may require suing your grandmother if her insurance doesn't wish to settle with you.
