Legal Question in Insurance Law in Indiana
We live in Indiana. Recently a young lady backing out of a parking space, backed into the passenger side door of my truck. There was no damage to my truck but there were some black smudges on the other drivers bumper. Her insurance paid her $1600 in damages. We submitted the poctures of the damages on both vehicles to the insurance company. Now the insurance company is sueing us for the other drivers damages. Are we responsibile?
