Legal Question in Insurance Law in Indiana
Can a private investigating company, hired by an insurance company, video tape threw the window of a private owned bar. They were conducting surveillance of a customer who is drawing disability. The bar owner fears this may cost her business. Can she file a law suit?

Yes---They can conduct surveillance.
No-----She can't file a lawsuit.
