Legal Question in Insurance Law in Indiana
Me semi truck was hit by another semi driver. He backed into me, doing 10,000 worth of damage. No injuries but i cant work without my truck. Can i file lost wages with his insurance company. Ive been off work for three weeks and at least two more ahead waiting on repairs to be made.
