Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Indiana

card game

I have an idea for a card game and I would like to file a patent. The problem is I don't know if it infinges on existing patents held by wizards of the coast (big CCG maker). I've been told that I can go to the public library to do patent research and file the patent but I would rather have professional help and advice in the process.

If there are any lawyers willing to talk to me about this I would appreciate it.
