Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Indiana
Could a clothing store give away concert tickets with a purchase of a certain amount? Or would they have to work something out with the concert company, and if so what would have to happen?

Assuming the concert tickets are legitimately purchased by the clothing store, that is the "something" that needs to be worked out. The store needs to be careful about infringing trademarks or service marks or copyrights of the concert company or performing artist. Call if you need specific advice.
