Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Indiana
I am in a club called BPA(Business Professionals of America) and I am doing a project called Digital Media Production. The rules say that I have to get a signature from all of the people I used their image. Does this fall under the Fair use law seeing that I got it off of Facebook and the internet?

As a Franchise Attorney I can say this. Regardless of where you obtained the pictures, they are protected by copyright by the person who took them. If you post them without permission of the copyright holder, you can (and probably will) get sued. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
