Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Indiana
If I create a website involving the logos of different sports leagues and their teams and I want to draw revenue through advertising on the site, can I be sued by any of those leagues or their teams?

As a franchise attorney I can say the answer is not can you be sued, but WHEN you get sued. It's called trademark infringement. You can't use anyone's trademark without their express consent. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
