Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Indiana

Use of image and after end of employment.

My previous employer has included my image in some web sites and TV commercials. I am now an officer in a competing organization. Needless to say, this is not a good situation for me or my current company. Is their a recourse for me to get him to remove my image from his website and commercial.

Did you have a contract or agreement re: use of image originally? DO you have a non-compete?

The normal steps would be as follows:

1) Your attorney sends a Cease & Desist letter.

2) Litigation is commenced

3) A Court Order issues to Enjoin their use and publication of your image.
