Are oral aggrements binding in the state of Indiana

As a Franchise Attorney I can say this. Oral contracts can be just as binding as written ones. Of course, proof of terms and conditions is somewhat more difficult, but many oral contract cases are decided. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
