Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Indiana
I am renting a house next to a field owned by the city, about a acre. Days ago I was tagged with a violation, saying I responsible for upkeep on land, (mowing & trash removal). I have confirmed it is a easement and right of way, not belonging to me, can the city hold me responsible for their property? My property is well kept.

You have asked your question in the wrong catagory. Intellectual Property is patents, trademarks, copyrights, and related law which are largely governed by Federal law. Your question is about Real Property which is governed by Indiana law. Please re-ask your Q accordingly, and I am sure there is an Indiana attorney who will answer you.
Kind regards.
