It is the prevailing party that will enforce the judgment in most copyright cases, not the Court. The prevailing party will normally contact you right after the deadline for appeal passes, to try to arrange your payment. You will then discuss your payment plans and the deadline. If you do not cooperate, they will begin proceedings to enforce the judgment. So, you can expect to be contacted and told the deadline and what they intend to do if you miss the deadline.
