Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Indiana
Hi, I have a rather odd situation. I was 17 living in a city with an aunt. i got put on probation. Well a few weeks into it i moved in with other family in another city. If i go back to where the probation was issued now that im 18, can i get into trouble for not completing it?

It is possible you may be or get in trouble for violating your juvenile probation. You should speak with a lawyer who understands juvenile delinquency law in Indiana and can advise you what to do next. While the court can close your matter out and release you from probation, it doesn't have to do so. Again speak with an attorney who can help you through this situation as soon as possible.
