Legal Question in Employment Law in Indiana

My boss just threatened to write me up because I called him racist, and he stated that my freedom of speech has been revoked, if I say or talk to anyone about what is going on he says in his words "I will bury you in write ups." Which does not make sense because I have already asked everyone what to do and I have to say most people respond with the question is he racist.

I called HR and in their words they said " Jonathan is a good man you leave him alone" and I have not called again

I also went to my boss's boss and it does not seem to be a big issue with him

If you are being retaliated against for alleging racism in the work place, you may well have a cause of action.
