Legal Question in Employment Law in Indiana

i dislosed on application and interview i had a felony....bank fraud.....passed back ground check...was hired and worked one year with no problems...someone called in and complained they had hired a person with a felony...was fired for not disclosing that the conviction was bank fraud and forgery...can i get unemployment still?
