Legal Question in Employment Law in Indiana

My employer hasnt paid me for a job i did 3 weeks ago. I work strictly on commission. Also i am entitled to a bonus check from my sales from January and I havent gotten that yet either. They keep promising it will be here this week, then next week, etc. Its been a month. What can i do?
