Can a employer threaten to fire an employee if she continues living with a former employee who was recently fired because his ex-wife came to the place of business making threats and causing a disruption?

Absent a contract, collective baragining agreement or a poliocues and procedures manual that provides a procedure for termination or legally recoginized discrimination, your employer can discharge you.
