Legal Question in Employment Law in Indiana

I worked to a place for 1 day and did the best i can do to perform in a timely manner.I was looked at cross eyed by one of the managers and the other employee who was to train me and she was pissed because she was to train me in which she did not.Then I get a call stating I am no longer needed there due to my performance but I know my perfomance was outstanding. The only reason I believe I was fired is my race I need help PLEASE!

It is very difficult to prove illegal discrimination based on a known protected status that did not prevent you from being hired just a day earlier. In other words, if they were prejudeiced against you based on race, why hire you in the first place? One possible exception would be if the person who decided to hire you was different from the person who decided to fire you.
