Falsified Report

The Director of Affirmative Action and Human Resources at my place of employment was suppose to investigate my complaint of racial discriminationa and retaliation. I notified the Vice President of HR and I was told that my complaint was referred to the the Director of HR/ Affirmative Action. I called him and he stated that he had the complaint and would investigate. 1 month later he generated a report in which he quoted me and stated that all individuals were interviewed. I was never interviewed and the statements in his report were not mine. I was fired 1 day after his report came out.

Your description does not indicate the specific reason why the Company termianted your employment; however, from the circumstances described and the timing of the termiantion, it sppears that you may have a strong retaliation claim.
