Legal Question in Employment Law in Indiana
final check
I was terminated from my previous employer and they are now refusing to pay me my final check. I have tried calling and contacting this employer and shey has not returned one phone call to either my home or my cell. I have faxed and mailed letter and have yet to recieve a response. I would like to know it an employer can withhold a final check and what can I do to get a response and my final pay?
