Legal Question in Employment Law in Indiana

I was fired from my job due to something I "posted" on Facebook about a co-worker. SHE PRINTED it off ( without my permission) and gave to her supervisor and said she wanted something done. MY Supervisor did not want me fired. What can I do to fight this and get my job back ?
