If I was on fmla for a illness and used up all my time and now my spouse has a brain tumor can I have

fmla to take care of him if need to.

Unfortunately, the FMLA only provides for 12 weeks leave in any 12 month period. You can always ask your employer if it will grant additional leave over and above your FMLA entitlement. I wish you the best of luck.
