Legal Question in Employment Law in Indiana
I have been on my job for 20 years, I have never had any disciplinary actions written against me or my work performance has never been question. However, recently management has written up a disciplinary action against me. I feel they are forcing me to retire earlier than I had expected. I can retire right now, but if I am fired before I retire can I still collect my retirement benefits? I am a 61 years old
Black woman.

You need to find out from the human relations/benefits department for that information. It will depend on age at termination and vesting rights. Mary
