Legal Question in Employment Law in Indiana
hello I was let go from job after 3.5 years for missing 3 days of work due to panic attacks brought on by my superior. I have threatening text messages among other evidence that caused me to seek medical help from my doctor. I was 1099d but now realize I was probably a misclassified employee after answering 19 out of the 20 questions affirmatively the irs uses for determining employee/ic. Also there are issues regarding taxation and payment that are present. I need an attorney.
