Legal Question in Employment Law in Indiana
My name is Lacy Oleszkewycz, I worked in a nursing home from November,2009 to Sept 10, 2009. The administrator let me go, and stated that the company was going in a different direction. The administrator stated that he recived documentation of reports that my job preformance was poor which he had no known documentation to prove it and and did not follow the proper displinary process.
I was wondering if this is grounds for wrongful termination
