Legal Question in Employment Law in Indiana

Is it legal for a business owner to require his employees to sit through prayer, and then lecture them individually on his religious beliefs? For instance, my employer advised me that my daughter could be demon possessed because of an illness that was seemingly unexplained at the time during a 4 hour meeting that was supposed to be about a employee review.

It may or may not be completely "legal" but apparently, it's one of the conditions of employment. In other words, you may insist on your rights and get them, but the cost of getting them may not be worth it. Not enough info here to completely answer your question.
