Legal Question in Employment Law in Indiana
I live in North Carolina and had an expidited van that I leased to a
Expidited Hauling Company in Indiana. My last week that I worker
which was back in Sept. 2011 I delivered 4 loads which consisted of
a little over 3000 miles. I have not been paid for all of the loads. They
keep making excuses that they will pay when they get paid. It has been
Seven Months since then. Do I have a legal right to persue this matter?

Well, you certainly have a legal right to pursue the matter. No sure where jurisdiction lie in the case. Might be that you can sue them there in N Carolina if they do business there and the contract was formed there. That would be to your advantage. Suggest you meet w/N Carolina lawyer and ask about the matter. Might be worth your while.
