Legal Question in Employment Law in Indiana

Poor working conditions: Can I get unemployment if I quit because:

1. My only source of heat for my office is a tiny electric heater - I have a picture of my only heat source. The furnace they refuse to turn above 40 and its in the garage so heat never makes it to the office anyway.

2. The bathroom 10 ft away has huge hole in ceiling which leaks water when rains or snow melts, water sits on the floor, I will assume there is mold, HAVE PICTURE to prove this hole exist.

3. When I am off work I get text messages wanting me to do this that and the other and if I do not then its considered lack of communication.

4. When I tell her on a Monday that I will not be there on Tuesday if the ICE starts falling tonight, and I do not show up on Tuesday (because ice started falling at7pm on Monday) I am considered a no call no show.

5. When speaking directly to me, using the word IGNORANT is not acceptable to me. That is basically calling me ignorant in an indirect way. Same thing with the word liar. Both words can be shown via email to explain what I am talking about.

There are other things also, but those are the main ones.

I am not certain whether or not an ALJ would find that this represents good cause for quitting. I certainly understand why you did quit. My best advise would be to pursue your unemployment claim find out what the ALJ's ruling is. Good luck.
