Legal Question in Employment Law in Indiana

I quit my Job in January. The basis of my leaving was because upper level employees of management were clocking each other in when not even present. Being in charge of payroll this tore me up inside. I reported the situation to my field auditor approx 6 months prior to me leaving. She stated that she had brought my alliegations to the CFO and they were working on a way to investigate. Spoke to the field auditor many more times about the situations at the facility and she proceeded to tell me that it was a hard thing to prove and they were still trying to figure out a way. There were many other issues involving upper management in the facility such as not being present and having residents families and other employees questioning me as to where abouts and I had no real answers for them. The situation was literally making me sick with headaches and increased blood pressure. I left. Upon leaving 3 hours later I received a call from the CFO stating that she knew the problem I was having because the field auditor had brought it to her attention before. She had then reported the issues to the president of the company and the head of HR. The Head of HR phoned me and I met with her at a McDonalds in my town the following Monday. She took down all of my complaints stated to me that I should not have had to deal with what I was going through and stated that there was another open position at another facility. Due to the distance of the facility 60 miles I was not able to take that position. She stated that she would send me a letter of recommendation and apologized for what I went through. Needless to stay my unemployment was denied. Do I have a chance with an appeal. Case is in Indiana
