Legal Question in Employment Law in Indiana

Sexual Harassment

I work in a small factory. One of my co-workers is a female who has constantly flirted with me. I didn't report it as we was friends. She has even exposed her breasts at me at work. Again, I did not report it. She has used my camera phone to take nude photos of herself at work, which I still have in my possesion. She has recently been telling my supervisor some things about me and is trying to get me fired. If they do call me in to terminate me, should I show them the photos? I have a meeting this afternoon with my supervisor over something she has said. I printed out the pictures and have them with me in case something is said. What legal standings do I have in a situation like this?

Re: Sexual Harassment

Your message doesn't say what it is she is accusing you of. If it is sexual harassment, however, I think the nude pictures and her flashing you will go a long way in showing that your actions were not "unwelcome." In order for actions to rise to the level of sexual harassment, they must be unwelcome. on the other hand, the fact that she has complained indicates that whatever she says you did crossed the line between welcome and unwelcome. As such, it would be important to know her motive for reporting you.
