Legal Question in Employment Law in Indiana
I am in a situation where a coworker yelled at me very loudly in front of other employees and in ear shot of clients. he used homosexual slurs and threatened to physically assualt me. the superior present did nothing. eventually I had to leave work early bc it continued and I was very upset. I was then informed that it was my fault bc I started the argument. nothing was done. what can i do or is this something I have to let go.

You may file a complaint with the EEOC and they will investigate whether you have been discriminated against due to gender.
